Report on State Level Seminar: AI and Smart Technologies in Forensic Nursing Practice

J.J. College of Nursing successfully organized a State Level Seminar on “Revolutionizing Evidence-Based Forensic Nursing Practice Using AI and Smart Technologies.” The seminar focused on enhancing knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, smart technologies, and their role in evidence-based forensic nursing practice.

Eminent experts from J.J. College of Engineering and Technology, Karpaga Vinayaga College of Nursing, Government Valayapatti Hospital, and JIPMER College of Nursing delivered insightful sessions on topics such as AI-enabled cybercrime detection, tele-forensics, IoT-based evidence systems, digital forensic healthcare preparedness, and ethical accountability in AI-driven nursing practice.

The programme witnessed active participation from faculty members, nursing students, and healthcare professionals from various institutions across Tamil Nadu. 70 delegates 236 students were benefited from the scientific sessions, pre-test and post-test evaluations, and received certificates with TNNMC credit hours.

The seminar successfully promoted technology-driven and evidence-based forensic nursing practices and strengthened collaboration between healthcare and digital technology systems.
